Meet at 9am ** remember, to participate in any Hoofbeats events, including trail rides, you must register your participation using the online form, no less than 7 days prior.
BEGINNERS WELCOME - WALK ONLY RIDE
MEET - Scheyville National Park, Scheyville Road, Scheyville. LEAVING - 10.00am Sharp. Arrive anytime after 9.00 am. LENGTH - 2 - 3 hours, Catering to riders requests. TYPE - Mostly flat, fire trail, bush track, some open fields, bit boggy in places after rain, some small creek crossings involved. Creeks could be dry if we don’t get heavy rain before then. PACE - This ride is walking only as most horses are probably not too fit at this time of the year and the weather is liable to be hot. BRING - Water for your horse upon return to the float. Lead rope and halter to tie your horse up with while you have your lunch along the way. Your lunch. DIRECTIONS - Turning into Pitt Town Road from Windsor Road, about 2.5 ks turn right into Saunders Road and 1k turn left into Old Stock Route Road, 0.5 k take right hand swoop into Scheyville Road. You will see the corner of Scheyville National Park, 3ks further along look for the Hoofbeats Sign at the gate. Continue inside the park for off road parking in a cool shady spot. NOTE - This is not the same parking spot we have used in the past. RIDE CO-ORDINATOR - DEE - 0411275133.
